Cross Light Capital was founded in 2019 by a group of finance professionals who were frustrated with the status quo in the investment industry. When looking for solutions to manage their personal wealth, they saw a lack of transparency and a disconnect between the interests of fund managers and their clients. The founders were determined to create a better option for investors and set out to build a firm that would prioritize integrity, innovation, and results.
Their vision was to combine the best of both worlds – the rigor and discipline of systematic investing with the expertise and judgment of experienced money managers. The result was a hybrid quant-discretionary approach that seeks to outperform the market and has established Cross Light Capital as a pioneer in the space.
Inspired by the legendary endowment funds of Harvard and Yale, the team at Cross Light Capital is dedicated to helping our clients grow and preserve their wealth over the long term. We believe that investing should be accessible to everyone and that our clients deserve a partner they can trust to guide them towards financial success.
We believe that investing is about winning. We will work on what others dismiss as impossible, and try to solve the hard problems to win for our clients. Having a strong sense of pride in what we do with the highest quality.
Honesty and transparency are the way we run our business. Doing the right thing without compromise; fully accountable to our clients and led by the highest moral and ethical standards.
We believe that technology is the key to driving success in the financial industry. Our team is constantly exploring new ways to improve our investment process and to stay ahead of the curve.
Strong alignment of interests between the fund manager and clients through performance based incentives, rather than sales and distribution led asset gathering incentives.
