The fund employs a digital asset “Triple Play” strategy with exposures to Bitcoin ETFs, Ether ETFs, and equities exposed to the blockchain (e.g. Coinbase, Galaxy Digital, Strategy) offering investors comprehensive and diversified exposure to the digital asset economy. Designed for investors with extremely high risk tolerance and a longer time horizon, this approach captures Bitcoin’s store-of-value potential, Ethereum’s smart contract ecosystem growth, and the operational leverage of companies building blockchain infrastructure. This fund is actively managed and exposures across the three baskets will vary as directed by Cross Light Capital’s alternative investment and risk management expertise.
